The Event Management Team at the Sun Pavilion have many years experience in the
hospitality and entertainment industry.
Dedicated event planners work closely with clients, both before and during an
event, to ensure the occasion not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.
Bespoke requests from any event organiser, be it weddings, recitals, seminars to
exhibitions, are rigorously explored and delivered to ensure every occasion is
unique. Themed decor options, choice of linens, firework displays and wine tasting
are all part of the planning process.
The Sun Pavilion overlooks the beautiful Grade II listed Valley Gardens and its
bandstand where clients can host their own band during their event (to be organised
with the Parks Department, Harrogate Borough Council).
